Hey, there! Andrew Anderson. Customer service makes a big difference. So, I wanted to tell you a story today. Stopped in and got a cigar. It’s Sunday, so it’s Cigar Sunday. And I wasn’t looking at the time, and I went to open up the place, you know, knock on the window and stuff. It looked like they were open; there were cars.
And the guy came over, opened the door. And I looked, it was like 18 till. It was, they weren’t even open 20 minutes, and the guy was really nice. And they said that, you know, as long as I’m here, let people in.
And it was just, you know, I’ve been to places before where the idiots would not open the flipping door, and there was people waiting in line, and you could see employees doing stuff.
It’s like, any more good customer service will make you stand out. And it’s not even good customer service, just normal stuff. Be a nice human being. Respect the money. You know, never get mad at it. They’re doing you a favor by coming in.
So anyway, that’s my tip for today. Hope you have profitable month. 2025 is gonna crush it.
