Welcome to The Longer Crowbar and Andrew Anderson. Today we’re gonna talk about IF and keto and carnivore, and I’m gonna put this in my keto group. I’ve got 70,000 people in there. I started it, it’s like 3,300 and probably 78-ish days, give or take a couple, ago.

And one of the things that I wanted to do was I wanted to make more money ’cause a friend of mine who was doing keto said, “God, I could think better. I could get my thought process gone. I’m making better decisions.” And that part mostly true every once in a while. I’m not sure if I make good decisions or not. Right? We are all there, but one of the things is though that when your body starts running on ketones instead of carbs. 

 

And I think I got into this, I ended up calling the best doctors in the world. And back then, eight, nine years ago, I could get ahold of them. I mean, I’ve got some, like got ahold of Dr. Ludwig, and there’s a whole bunch of ’em. I don’t want to name names. And then I got involved in putting on conferences, and so I was a deep dive into it.

If you spend a couple of weekends in a row diving into what keto, and metabolic health is, and low carbs, and even carnivore, or just healthy eating, you are going to get more education than the doctors do going through eight years of medical school, and that’s still the case. They’re lucky if they get a total of one whole day spent on just how eating impacts your health. I kid you not; go look it up. It’s absolutely flipping crazy. 

And so anyway, 3,000 days later, feeling great.

I’m doing mostly carnivore, and I had not been working out. I’ve been probably maybe working out a total of 45 minutes a week for the past couple of months. I know I should be doing more, but I don’t. Not showing off here, but the guns are there. That’s it. That’s 45 minutes a week, and same on both arms. That’s not weak or well, whatever. I usually don’t like doing that, but just to prove that it’s there. 

 

And I’m doing mostly carnivore, probably 95%, 96%, 97%, maybe 98%, 99%. And I just eat meat. I’ll eat cauliflower once in a while and once a blue moon I’ll eat a salad, but they don’t really agree with me. Once I went at least eating keto, and then on the carnivore, my health got better. I lost weight, all my aches and pains went away. My recovery’s a lot faster. I need less sleep. My whole day is, I don’t have these massive up and downs. My mood overall, I don’t get depressed.

I don’t get the seasonal, you know, sad thing, but that helps ’cause I moved to a place where it’s a lot sunnier, but be that as may, definitely look into keto and carnivore. It’s amazing what it can do. It pushes off dementia. It pushes off a lot of the autoimmune disease, arthritis and stuff. I’ve seen people that do it go away. 

 

There’s some really good guys out there, Sean Baker. Man, they’re gonna kill me ’cause I’m not gonna remember ’em at the moment. And there’s a local guy here in Nashville too. Ken Berry, Dr. Ken Berry’s a good one. And if you go in my IF and Keto group, there’s a ton in there too. I’m not really, I’ve been ignoring it ’cause I’ve been so busy with work, but we’re gonna get that back up and going. And I’ve got a book coming out called Eat Fat and Get Skinny. 

 

03:35 Final Thoughts and Conclusion

So anyway, I just wanted to say, hey, listen, if you’ve ever thought about doing keto or carnivore, do it. The results, as you can see, they’re flipping amazing, and you’ll feel better. Your sex life will get better. Well, as long as you have a partner, that you’re attracted to, I guess, so. And your thoughts are gonna get into sixth gear, and I keep at that turn. Go ahead and YouTube it.

 

And what happens is, and I explained the physiology of it, I don’t wanna do that here, but your hormones get in sync finally because we were never made to eat wheat. We were never made to eat vegetables. There are no essential vegetables, and that’s why. And I’ve got a relative who was a vegetarian, and she’s got dementia. Female vegetarians have the highest incident of dementia there is because they don’t get enough essential nutrients to keep your brain going. And you need cholesterol. Okay? That’s the other big myth. You need cholesterol. If you want to be able to have sex, if you’re a man or a woman, it’s way more fun if you have it.

 

And so, and I’m not even gonna get into why statins are bad for you and all the other stuff, but basically every conspiracy theory out there has been proven correct in the past year and a half. 

 

So anyway, just wanted to say if you ever want to try it, If you’ve got a business, you wanna make more money, try keto, try carnivore. You’ll be glad you did. Okay. See you. That’s it.
