Prove You Can Solve Your Customers Problems
Andrew Anderson: [00:00:00] So what do you have that’s, you can prove that you’re gonna help solve your customer’s problems? I’ll give you an example with ours. We have super lightning fast websites that are ADA compliant, that are a ECO friendly, which is, AI engine search, which has taken over, SEO and they’re also SEO search friendly.
They’re blazingly fast and they’re worry free. So that’s kind of our gig. And the other thing, compared to everybody else, we’re fairly low price. We can do anywhere from $99 a month to, we’ve done builds, over a hundred thousand dollars. what are you doing that solves that problem? It solves a problem.
When you have a good fast website like that, it would be we. you don’t have to worry about getting sued for ADA, it helps bring in customers and you don’t look like crap. which is important too. And it’s mobile friendly. So 85% of all of the, [00:01:00] website traffic these days is on mobile. So it’s great if you have a fancy desktop, design, but it all comes down to what you’re seeing on the screen here.
More than likely, I would bet there’s at least. An 80% chance that you’re watching this on your mobile phone. So that’s one of the things you need to consider. So it’s a whole different ball game when you’re designing for mobile versus, versus desktop. And one of the things is that you also need to figure out how to make them blazingly fast.
and I’ve gone over this before, but. We solve the worry about getting new customers. We solve the worry. We make sure that there’s a good CRM in there. There’s both email and texting because that’s the best way to, we found to get in, touch with our clients and potential new clients. we’ve got a contact form in there.
I just brought, we just did one for another client. They got a $5,000 job off of one little, [00:02:00] I think it was on the contact form. And then I picked up a phone call. we were switching out their phones, took down, took me one minute. and they had another $14,000 job out of that. so it’s important that people can get in touch with you.
very quickly on that. So if you take out, the. Worry of people getting new customers, whatever it’s you do, maybe you have a newfangled email system or some widget that’ll do that. You’ve gotta do the benefits and the end results. People don’t give a crap about, Hey, we follow WCAG and all this other stuff.
They just wanna know, is my website gonna be super fast and friendly on mobile? Are people gonna be able to contact me through several different forms through the contact form? Yes, people still use them. can they call me? Can they text me? And, that’s gonna make me not worry about. Taking my wife and the kids on vacation, or my husband and the kids on [00:03:00] vacation, or just me on vacation.
So you need to talk about the problems that you solve and, in, in all of your marketing. So if you start with that first from your customer standpoint, what problems are you solving for your customers? Make that first and foremost, it’s good if you have a handout and I’m gonna put one in there, some of the ones that we do, in there.
And, I’ll, I’m gonna walk you through h how we actually put that together, too, in another series of videos. So anyway, Andrea Anderson signing off for today. Hope you have a profitable, day and week in 2025. It is gonna be booming. It’s taking a little while to get going, but you’ve already seen ag prices drop in half.
Oil, oil and gas prices are coming down. there’s been $4 trillion that have been committed to be put in the economy, which is flipping unheard of in into manufacturing plants, building new factories. r and d, you name it. There’s tons of money coming into the [00:04:00] us, because the rest of the world’s.
They’re gone. Crazier. They were, like we were four years ago. So anyway, that’s it. Hope you have a great day. If you got any questions, suggestions on here, let me know. And I’m rebuilding up my X Channel, which is primarily where I’m focused on. I had 80,000 people. The last regime I made the mistake of, doing, something.
I did a, I did a, analysis of why Trump was gonna win the election based on the competitor’s lack of marketing skills, and that got me wiped out permanently. 80,000 followers just gone. So be, that’s May, I think I’m up to a co, maybe a couple hundred right now and I’ll get it back up there. So the key is, provide solutions to the problems that your customers have and get into the thoughts that they’re already having daily, and then keep them up at night and then you wanna.
A, describe the problems better than they can, and then let them know that you have the solution and then also agitate. If you don’t take care of this, here’s [00:05:00] what’s gonna happen. For, instance, for us, and I run, this is the PS part. if your website isn’t up to speed, people aren’t gonna find you on Google.
If your website’s not set up for a ai, when people are doing GR searches or chat GPT searches or perplexity in the other ones, they’re not gonna find you even on Google searches. Now, if you notice. The AI gives you the results of most things first, and if you don’t have your website set up, you’re never gonna show up in there.
So you’re just gonna slowly go off into oblivion. And the last thing is if your website in, if you have a website in the US you have to be accessible to people with disabilities. ADA fines this year are estimated to be $20 billion. That’s with a B. And they go against small businesses.
They go after ’em because they know they’re not compliant and they’re gonna roll over and pay debt and pay them whatever they’re going to. The average payment was 36 grand. So unless you’ve got that in your back pocket, you need to look at, [00:06:00] whether or not your site is ADA compliant. And if you wanna wonder about it, we’ll do a, we’ll do a quick test.
It’s not foolproof, but we can tell you, whether or not you’re even close. And most only 2.3% of the websites in the US are ADA a compliant. So go figure. Alright, have a great weekend. We’ll talk to you later folks. See ya. Bye-bye.
