This is a suburb of Nashville which has been going up typically anywhere from 15% to 20%, pretty much going on for the past eight or nine years. This is just Northwest of Nashville. I've been watching this stuff just crater. So, get ready. If it's doing this in Tennessee, which is booming, it's going to do this elsewhere.
