Ended up calling the best doctors in the world. And back then, eight, nine years ago, I could get ahold of them. I mean, I've got some, like, got ahold of Dr. Ludwig, and there's a whole bunch of 'em. I don't want to name names, and then I got involved in putting on conferences, and so I was a deep dive into it.
And here's the kicker. If you spend a couple of weekends in a row diving into what keto and metabolic health is and low carbs and even carnivore or just healthy eating, you are going to get more education than the doctors do going through eight years of medical school. And that's still the case.
They're lucky if they get a total of one whole day spent on just how eating impacts your health. I kid you not go look it up. it's absolutely flipping crazy.
