Thistles Are Good
Thistles Are Good
These weeds that everybody wants to get rid of, these are thistles, and they support all kinds of insects that were need for pollination, and these guys are busy. I think these are carpenter bees, although if anybody knows, I'm not sure. I haven't seen any honeybees this year at all. Between the glycophosphate and what they've been spraying, it pretty much wiped them out around here anyway.
So anyway, that's it. There's another one. Enjoy. Look how beautiful that is.
