World's Rarest Yogurt: L Reuteri Bomb Proof Yogurt
Hey there! Andrew Anderson here. We're doing the big reveal here. This is the world's rarest yogurt, bombproof yogurt, which is L Reuteri 6475 I believe. I've only had that much coffee, so bear with me here. And one of the things, if you ever make this, you have to keep it insulated. This is Sous Vide, and a lot of people put this at higher amount than that.
And I always set mine in 98.9 because you want this to be active in your body. And if you don't know what this is, I've got a couple other videos on this, it helps you make oxytocin, and it's kind of crazy. It helps with bone density, it helps with socialization and mood.
And let's see if this worked. Yes. Look how nice and thick that is. So, this is all done. I'm going to unplug this. I have a little bit more than 36 hours on there in like five minutes. So, we're all set here, and another successful batch. Let's see here, and this works pretty much every time. I start this with mother. You can start it with probiotics capsules, but it's a pain in the butt sometimes, and I think I've gotten duds, especially in the summertime. They don't work too well. It's crazy.
Anyway, I'll do a tasting on this later, but this is it. So, we've got 6 quarts of L Reuteri 6475, and it will be eaten. And I've got the nutritional content on this that I had run on it. I'll put it out there in public. I don't know if I did publish it, but I will do so.
And so, anyway, good stuff. It will calm your butt down, make you happier, help you get bone density, and there's a whole lot of other benefits too. So, this is a long one, but we'll put it up there anyway. See ya.
Now, I need to drink coffee. That like one sip doesn't get me going. So, that's it. Sports fans. See ya.
