A Competitive Edge With Keto And Carnivore

Hey, there! Andrew Anderson here, and for The Longer Crowbar. Just want to, been doing carnivore or keto for over 10 years now, doing carnivore for three or four or five. I lost track. And, you know, I've had these new things like, oh God, you can't do keto for more two, three months. It's gonna screw up your system. It's gonna make you feel bad. It's gonna, you have to have carbs. And the answer is no, you really don't.

If you want to think better, make better decisions, keep in good shape. I mean, I work out maybe 45 minutes, not even that much, 30 minutes a week. And I maintain mental acuity, muscle tone, and the ability to make better decisions, and get better sleep, and not look like Santa Claus.

It gives you a competitive edge. So anyway, just put that in your pipe and smoke it, and we'll talk to you later. See ya.

The key takeaways are:

Long-Term Diet Experience: Andrew has followed a keto diet for over ten years and a carnivore diet for approximately three to five years.

Myth Debunking: He challenges common misconceptions that these diets cannot be maintained long-term or that carbs are essential for health.

Mental and Physical Benefits: Following these diets can lead to improved mental acuity, better decision-making capabilities, and enhanced sleep quality.

Physical Maintenance: He maintains muscle tone and physical shape with minimal exercise, working out for only about 30 to 45 minutes per week.
Competitive Edge: Andrew suggests that these dietary choices provide a distinct competitive edge.
