Hey, there! So you wanna know about quality construction. We're looking at it right here. On the exterior of this, they're using actual plywood which is layers of real wood that are glued together, and it can be anywhere from 3 to 10. And the difference is it's structurally much more sound than particle board in construction, and it'll last a lot longer.
They've got it over here and I've seen this 'cause I've actually, in a previous license, a carpenter, built thousands of apartments and houses, and we've done tear offs on remodels, and particle board is in no way even close to being as good. So, this is an example of it right here, 'cause if you've seen your kitchen countertops or you've had anything that's made outta fiber board, it'll chip off, and if it gets wet or moistured, it'll lose structural integrity.
