Hey there, guys and gals! 18 out of 18 on the Sunflower sprouting method. So, it's just a puck that I put in there, and I put distilled water. You want to use vapor distilled with minerals in it with electrolytes. Do not use tap water. It won't work. The fluoride and the chlorine, which are bad for you or really bad for plants and seeds. And this is a glass jar, i've tried 'em with plastic ones. The glass jars work a lot better, and you just seal it up. You put the peat puck in there and then, put the lid on kind of tight, and it seems like the anaerobic and the moisture and everything else works.
This is 24 hours. You got 18 out of 18 which is like crazy. And these are the Helianthus Annuus ones. They're the mini sunflowers.
