Right In Front of Your Face If You Notice
Right In Front of Your Face If You Notice
Sometimes it's right in front of your face.
I came across something labeled "historical fiction," and it got me thinking about how much of what we accept as history depends on who recorded it, who interpreted it, and how the story gets told.
I've said for years that you shouldn't automatically believe something just because somebody wrote it in a book.
Question things.
Look at different sources.
Pay attention to what's being presented as fact, interpretation, or fiction.
And most importantly, think for yourself.
You might be surprised by what you start noticing.
