The big thing that they talk about in science is this collaborative spirit, right? And it's this ability, I break it down in two parts and I think that is also what has made things successful is that it's the skill set to collaborate. Right. And then there's the spirit part, right? Which is your willingness to do it, right? So, they all say that they want to do it but the ability, the skill set, that's not actually part of the program. So, the only way to gain those skills is if you want to acknowledge that there's a lack there. And then take the time to work on developing those skills.
