How Do You Cook Your Steaks

How Do You Cook Your Steaks?

I've got about an 18-ounce ribeye going in the pan with butter and a little garlic.

Yes, I know the garlic isn't totally carnivore.

I like it anyway.

Cooking it in a pan works, but it's definitely not my first choice.

Here's how I rank my steaks:

Hickory wood fire? Absolutely incredible.

Mountain mahogany? Right up there with it, although it's much harder to find.

Charcoal grill comes next.

Then gas.

And when grilling isn't an option, I'll break out the pan, add some butter, get a good brown on that ribeye, and we're still eating pretty well.

For me, there's just something about cooking a steak over real wood or charcoal that you can't completely duplicate in a pan.

Now I want to know yours.

Wood fire, charcoal, gas, cast iron, or something else?

How do YOU cook your steaks?

Go carnivore. Go keto. Go healthy!
