Here's how you turn a mistake into a five-star review.
I ordered a double pepperoni, double cheese pizza from Jet's Pizza.
When it came out, it didn't have double pepperoni or double cheese.
Mistakes happen.
But here's what mattered:
They fixed it.
Luckily, I was eating there, so when they realized what happened, they made me another pizza and took care of it.
No arguing.
No excuses.
They just fixed the problem.
And because of that, I'm giving them a five-star review.

Listen to the customer.

Fix it.
Take care of them.
